Following an attempt to tap into this market, as part of its wish to broaden its demographic coverage, Unibet has announced the launch of a new online poker site - Maria Poker. This female friendly online poker room is the sister site of Unibet's other woman-geared site, Maria Bingo.
Microgaming is set to be the force behind the new online poker room. Using the online casino provider's latest flash poker software, Maria Poker will offer women (and men of course, if they choose) a no-lobby interface.
